A 48 hour notice of cancellation is required. Appointments canceled after 48 hours will result in a 50% IOU of the original appointment to be paid immediately before rebooking. Appointments marked as a same day cancellation or no show will result in a 100% IOU of the original appointment cost to be paid immediately before rebooking. If you arrive late to your appointment, it may need to be scaled down to fit the time available. In this case you will still pay the original appointment cost. All late cancellations, same day cancellations, no shows + scaled appointments will be charged regardless of circumstance.
Yes — We have dedicated clients travel from all over the United States, such as Miami, New York and California. Locally we have clients regularly drive in from Upper Arlington, Dublin, Westerville, Hilliard, Powell, Worthington, Bexley, Pickerington, Gahanna and Grove City. Our salon is fairly easy to get to and you don’t have to worry about traffic or paying for parking.
